Each week, I will post questions, thoughts and links for you to read and make comments about. Each student can respond to a minimum of twice weekly. This can be counted as extra credit. Let me know if you have any questions about the current events blog. This can be done during our class time or you can work from home. As we explore many different aspects of reading, writing, and current events, I think you will enjoy reading a variety of articles.
i cant believe the band could spell his name out on the fieldlikethat and i think that was a very good honor to have his name spelled out on the field like that. if that happened to me i would have to just pass out and,.... i would just have to pass out and it would just make me cry and it would change my life forever.
im glad that Spiller is still a Clemson fan. it was sooo great that he gave that mony for the Clemson fund. im glad that his jersey got retired from Clemson.
I'm glad that C.J. spiller came back to visit at Clemson. I think it got Clemson ready for the game. I thought when the band spelled out his name that is was really cool! Spiller was a great player and Clemson and donated money to them and while he was there his number got retired at halftime of the Clemson vs. Maryland!
That was so thoughtful of him to give 100,000 dollars! He was a great player and people will remember him for a long time. I wish he was still one of our players.:(
I think that it was great for him to come back to his home team stadium and be awarding money to the school. Since they retired hais jersey, wasn't he number 28??
that was generous of Spiller. Is blood, sweat, and tears are on Clemson's Football field. Giving money is the best thing he could do for Clemson. Retiring his number was a shock to me. SQUITTLES
I was glad cj came back.It was cool to see his jersy to get retired.I think when he came back it gave the clemson players a little luck. the clemson players played a great game. They beat maryland and cj was happy.
