Each week, I will post questions, thoughts and links for you to read and make comments about. Each student can respond to a minimum of twice weekly. This can be counted as extra credit. Let me know if you have any questions about the current events blog. This can be done during our class time or you can work from home. As we explore many different aspects of reading, writing, and current events, I think you will enjoy reading a variety of articles.
Well, we basically lost when marcus lattimore left the game because of his ankle. Plus, we could have won if we didn't call a timeout when the clock ran out. they just didn't up their game I guess.
i think that if Lattimore didnt sprang his ankel the Gamecocks wouldve won. also if Spurier didnt use that time out they wouldt have lost. that is what i think.
Everything did start going downhill one Lattimore got hurt, but they still could've won. Spurrier's timeouts and everyone leaving the field open was what hurt us.
They blew it with Latitmore getting hurt and the bad coaching by Spurrier but they were also playing at Kentucky. They should have one but they loss and Oregon is number 1.
i think steve spurer made a bad decision.he should have kicked it. their was only 11 seconds left in the game.his team might not have had time to get on the field to kick the field goal any way. It was crazy. steve sperer never had lost to Kentucky. Sine he has been coaching.
I saw those last 6 seconds of the ball game, and I said to myself "What was he thinking?" just kick the field goal! Its not like you have anywhere else to go! Carolina was doing good, and would have most likly won the game, if the went into overtime.

When Lattimore got hurt everything went downhill. The plays Spurrier did was what really hurt us. Maybe our next game will be better!
