Each week, I will post questions, thoughts and links for you to read and make comments about. Each student can respond to a minimum of twice weekly. This can be counted as extra credit. Let me know if you have any questions about the current events blog. This can be done during our class time or you can work from home. As we explore many different aspects of reading, writing, and current events, I think you will enjoy reading a variety of articles.
I think that is great that they will finally be able to reunite with their families. I also think that it will be a very emotianal day for all of the minors
I couldn't imagine being underground, not able to get out, and not being able to see my family. That is wonderful that the miners were found and are doing fine. Thankfully they will be out fairly soon.
IT's sad that all 33 miners got trap into the earth.I know that you know that all of them will not be abel to make it out. We just have to keep them in our prayers.
I think that it is so wonderful that all the miners are being rescued! I could not even imagine being stuck underground for so long. I'm glad that they are safe!
I am glad that they can get to them soon, but i can't figure out why the would want to pull out the most fit ones out first? I guess it is because they want to know what the ride is like up, and a older person might panick if it gets rough.

I think what they are doing for the miners is great. they sre finally going to get to go back home.

That is very bas and it is good that they will be rescude. I bet the miners are ready to be rescude!!
i think that it is great because they do get to be with there familys again and ya its just really nice.
i would freak out in that hole. i couldnt imagin being someone in the hole. im soooooo glad that they are getting them out.
