Each week, I will post questions, thoughts and links for you to read and make comments about. Each student can respond to a minimum of twice weekly. This can be counted as extra credit. Let me know if you have any questions about the current events blog. This can be done during our class time or you can work from home. As we explore many different aspects of reading, writing, and current events, I think you will enjoy reading a variety of articles.
Some of these were funny and I think my favorite one is about the police that goes into this restaurant that has been robed and yells out Marco and the man who had robed the place called back out Polo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:) :) :) :)
These are so funny but some of them are a little weird. I especially liked numbers 7,8,13,18,20,24,25,26,and 33. All the others were just disturbing and weird.
All of the headlines are really funny, but how could they put that in a newspaper? Do these writers not re-read their work before they publish it? I'd be super embarassed if I wrote one if these! :)
Most of these were pretty funny. On the other hand, some were just plain stupid. If your going t write things like that, at least send them to Jay Leno so he can ue them for a segment he calls "Headlines".
These Headlines I think are meant to be funny.My favorite headline is the car that they gave a price for but then they said it wasnt for sale.The are truly some wacky wacky newspaper headlines.

Some of those are pretty funny. Make sure you read numbers 6,10,14,18,20,27,and 28.They are my favorites.
I think some of those headlines, if I was a reporter,could be written by me. Some of those headlines are too confusing.

We read these in class and I thought that they were pretty funny. I agree with Rebecca. Definately read numbers 6, 10, 14, 18, 20, 27 and 28.
