A 78 year old man skiing? That's kinda surprising to see that! I don't see why he just didnt listen, now he is in jail for something stupid that could have been prevented if he would have listened to the ski patrol.
Well first of all, I would reccommend that he not ski! Bones get brittle in your old age... or so I've heard. And second of all, why would he be skiing up hill?!?! Goodness!!! People these days!
They dont have an age limit there?I mean old people like to have fun too...but if he wouldve just listened to the man then he wouldnt be in the big mess!

That is crazy that an old man got handcuffed for not listening to the ski patrol. He probably didnt hear them.

He's pretty old to be skiing. Why would he be going uphill anyway? He's lucky there were no charges and that he didn't break a bone.

but he's 78 years old so he should get handcuff for that because he was going up the hill not down the hill so he should go to jail for that
