Each week, I will post questions, thoughts and links for you to read and make comments about. Each student can respond to a minimum of twice weekly. This can be counted as extra credit. Let me know if you have any questions about the current events blog. This can be done during our class time or you can work from home. As we explore many different aspects of reading, writing, and current events, I think you will enjoy reading a variety of articles.
I have never seen the Hunley, but would maybe like to. I have read about it and have done a report on it before. I think it would be cool to go visit the Hunley someday.

I went to see the Hunley with my church when I was little. All I remember is that it was in a really big tank and it was really rusty.

This website is pretty cool. It gives you lots of information about the Hunley. It also is cool that you can look in the Hunley.
