Each week, I will post questions, thoughts and links for you to read and make comments about. Each student can respond to a minimum of twice weekly. This can be counted as extra credit. Let me know if you have any questions about the current events blog. This can be done during our class time or you can work from home. As we explore many different aspects of reading, writing, and current events, I think you will enjoy reading a variety of articles.
I think that this story is really sweet! It's sad that the coach's niece died at 9 years old, but good that he can use that expirience to help others with cancer.
That is very sad about the coaches family. However, I think it is great that he is getting his team involved. This makes me proud that I live in Newberry County!
