Each week, I will post questions, thoughts and links for you to read and make comments about. Each student can respond to a minimum of twice weekly. This can be counted as extra credit. Let me know if you have any questions about the current events blog. This can be done during our class time or you can work from home. As we explore many different aspects of reading, writing, and current events, I think you will enjoy reading a variety of articles.

There is a discussion in the State about high students staying in school or losing their driver's license. What do you think about this?
I think it is an incentive to keep kids in school.

I think that more students will stay in school because they like driving. But, I think that if someone really wants to drop out they still will and it'll only hurt themselves.
uhhh... well its kinda a good idea bcz it pressures students to like stay in school and like try. loosing your license is like loosing your phone so yeah:):):)*-*
I think that this is weird, but also could be good! If kids really like driving they will stay in school so they do have license's to go places. If they don't care about driving as much and just want to drop out they are only hurting themselves!
I think that is kind of a good idea because it would keep kids in school. But I sorta think that if someone wants to ruin their life by dropping out it is their on problem.

I think more students will saty in scholl cause who dont want to drive. And most people want to have driver license then you get to show it off.
