Can't text and drive in Columbia now! What do you think?
si think that's a good idea because i've came close to being in many wrecks because of textin and drivin. If it's so important why can't you just call the person so you can keep your eyes on the road!
I am glad they put that law in effect because I have been close to having a wreck with my step-dad because he likes to text on his Blackberry while he was driving. Plus, I was watching a show one night and this person got in a HUGE wreck with more than 3 cars and it said that 6 different people died.
It is good that you can not text and drive because they should not be as many teen wrecks anymore and they wont make it where you have to be 18 to get a drivers licens
I think that is a good law and should be state wide. I think that will help prevent many wrecks! I definately think this will benefit our community for the better!
Good! It is impossible to text and pay attention to the road at the same time. You have to use two hands to text and at least one hand to drive. Texting while driving is definitley not safe.
i guess thats a good thing since columbia has a lot of traffic..im not worried bout it cause i don't go to columbia much..bummer :( o well..i dont care bout no texting while driving cause i dont have a car..haha :)
it is a very bad thing to text and drive because you never know who's life you could be puting in danger it is a very good thing that the city of Columbia banned texting and driving.
I agree with that because so many wrecks happen these days. People do not need to text and drive at the same time. They do not even need to talk on the phone.
I personaly think that people shouldnt text while driving law or no law! Texting and driving causes or about causes recks. My dad, sister, and I almost had so many recks becaus of texting and driving or just talking on the phone! They should pass a law on talking on the phone and driving too!

Finally they passed they law. I have wanted the gov. to pass that law for ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that this is good because, anyone can get in a reak or get hurt because of it.
I think that is a good thing because most of the recks now are usually from texting and driving or drunk driving. I am glad they did that.
